7.1.3 Often Check Working Timer
 Decide when to do maintenance
according to the working hour.
 The maintenance interval term is based on
normal operating condition. If operating in
scurvy condition, shorten the term to do
maintenance.
7.1.4 Preparation before
Maintenance
 Park the machine on flat ground
 Level the drilling frame.
 Run the engine idle at low rev for 5 minutes.
 Shut off the engine, take off the key from
switch. (If it is required to do maintenance
during running of engine, make sure there is
person in cab.
 Place the pilot controlled cutting rob to lock position.
 Please hang a brand read “NO OPERATION” on the left joystick before maintenance.
7.1.5 Correct Use of Fuel and Lubrication Oil
【IMPORTANT】
Always use the recommended fuel and lubrication oil.
Otherwise, it would result in damage to the machine and loss in warranty right.
7.1.6 Checking Discharged Oil and Used Filter Element
The discharged oil and used filter core should be checked for metal filing and impurity
after changing oil and filter core. If much metal filling and impurities are found, please
report to the owner of the machine or the supervisor to take proper measures.
