7.2.5 Oil Storage
Oil should be stored indoor to prevent water, dust or impurity. If the oil bucket has to
be kept outdoor, cover it with waterproof cloth or take other protective measures.
Place the oil bucket to the side with the oil filler upward for long-term storage, this may
prevent moisture.
The order of first in, first out should be followed to prevent the deterioration of oil
during the long-term storage. (The oil stored for the longest time should be used first).
7.2.6 Filter Element
Filter element is a key safety part because it can prevent impurity into the oil line and
leads to the stoppage of important apparatus.
Change the filter element regularly. Please find details in the “daily maintenance” in
this manual.
Don’t use the washed filter element.
While changing the filter element, check it for metal particle, if so, please contact with
SUNWARD specified authorized distributor.
Do not open the package of spare filter element before using.
