Be careful when servicing the battery. The battery contains
explosive gases. Smoking cigarettes, fl ames or sparks may
cause the battery to explode. Protect eyes and face when
working near the battery. DO NOT replace or use auxiliary
ignition cables or adjust the connectors before having read
the instructions or receiving proper training.
Make sure that the caps on top of the battery are tight and leve-
led. The risk exists of serious burns. Batteries contain sulphur
acid. Prevent contact with your skin, eyes and clothes. In the
event of accidental contact, wash with water and immediately
contact a doctor. Non-compliance with these precautions may
cause serious or even fatal injuries.
Under no circumstances should unauthorized persons be
allowed or transported on the machine and its equipment.
Risk of falling. The machine was designed for one operator
only. Keep unauthorized persons away from the machine.
Risk of crushing/cutting hands
Do not open the engine hood when the engine is running. If the
operation above is necessary, pay great attention to moving
parts and to the engine fan especially.
Do not walk or stand within the machine outreach. Do not
stand under hanging loads.
Constantly monitor the area around the machine. Keep unau-
thorized persons away from the machine and at a safe distance
from the handled load.
Warning: risk of cutting and/or shearing arms and legs.
Pay attention when moving the lifting boom and standing close
to the counterweight. Keep away from moving parts.
