Installation
• Apply THREAD LOCK to the water jaket plugoil gallery plugs
1 and oil gallery plugs (
2,
3).
& 99000-32050: THREAD LOCK “1342” or equivalent
NOTE:
It is not require to apply THREAD LOCK when installing the
other removed oil gallery plugs.
• Tighten each plug to the specified torque.
# Water jacket plug (cylinder head)
1:
26 N·m (2.6 kgf-m, 19.0 lb-ft)
Oil gallery plug (lower crankcase)
2: 35 N·m (3.5 kgf-m, 25.5 lb-ft)
6: 25 N·m (2.5 kgf-m, 18.0 lb-ft)
7: 21 N·m (2.1 kgf-m, 15.0 lb-ft)
Oil gallery plug (oil pan)
3: 35 N·m (3.5 kgf-m, 25.5 lb-ft)
5: 16 N·m (1.6 kgf-m, 11.5 lb-ft)
Oil gallery plug (upper crankcase)
4:
10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 lb-ft)

Use each new gasket.
