HEADLIGHT RELAY INSPECTION
headlight relay is located in front of the battery.
• Remove the right frame side cover. (!9-5)
• Remove the headlight relay

First check the insulation between
A and
B terminals with
tester. Then apply 12 volts to
C and
D terminals,
+ to
C and
- to
D, and check the continuity between
A and
B.
If there is no continuity, replace it with a new one.

HEADLIGHT BEAM ADJUSTMENT
• Adjust the headlight beam.
NOTE:
To adjust the headlight beam, adjust the beam horizontally first,
then adjust vertically.

B: Vertical adjuster
