• Install the primary driven gear assembly 3 onto the counter-
shaft.
• Install the thrust washer 4.
• Install the clutch sleeve hub assembly 5 onto the counter-
shaft.
• Install the spring washer 6.
NOTE:
The conical curve side of spring washer 6 faces outside.
• Hold the generator rotor and tighten the clutch sleeve hub nut
to the specified torque.
# Clutch sleeve hub nut: 95 N·m (9.5 kgf-m, 68.5 lb-ft)
• Lock the clutch sleeve hub nut with a center punch.
CLUTCH
• Install the washer 1, spacer 2 and needle bearing 3 onto
the countershaft.
• Apply engine oil to them.
