11-40 SERVICING INFORMATION
REAR BRAKE HOSE ROUTING
1 Stopper
A Face the white paint on reservoir hose to forward.
2 Reservoir
B
Tighten the hose guide bolt after positioning the stopper of
hose guide to the swingarm.
3 Brake cylinder
C Fix the grommet of brake hose to the hose guide.
4 Brake hose
D Fix the brake hose to the clamp.
5 Brake caliper
E Master cylinder cover
6 Clamp
F Reservoir hose
7 Face the tip of clamp to backward.
G Pass the reservoir hose inside of the master cylinder cover.
8 Face the tip of clamp to upper.
H Do not contact the hose and muffler.
9 Starter motor lead wire

Tighten the brake hose union bolt to the specified torque
after touching the brake hose union to the stopper.
0
Insert the reservoir hose fully to the
reservoir and brake master cylinder.
