FINAL GEAR CASE REASSEMBLY
Reassemble the final gear case in the reverse order of disas-
sembly. Pay attention to the following points.
• Install a new oil seal
1 and O-ring
2 to the bearing stopper.
• Install the final drive gear bearing into the final gear case with
th
e special tool.

• Install the oil seal into the final gear case with the special tool.

3-76010: Bearing installer set

• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” to the oil seal lip.

or equivalent
• Install the final driven gear bearing into the final gear case

ith the special tool.

NOTE:
The stamped mark side of bearing face to the driven bevel gear
s
ide.
* Use a new oil seal to prevent oil leakage.
* The lip and spring of the oil seal
A should face to the
driven bevel gear side.
