BRAKE PEDAL HEIGHT
• Loosen the lock nut
1.
• Turn the push rod
2 until the brake pedal height becomes 25
– 35 mm (1.0 – 1.4 in)
A below the top of the footrest.
• Tighten the lock nut
1 securely.
# Rear brake master cylinder rod lock nut:
18 N·m (1.8 kgf-m, 13.0 Ib-ft)
% Brake pedal height
A:
Standard: 25 – 35 mm (1.0 – 1.4 in)
BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH
• Adjust the rear brake light switch so that the brake light will
come on just before pressure is felt when the brake pedal is
depressed.
