Batching process
control
A 100ms-width pulse input trigger a batch feeding processing.
The terminal will pause and wait for Dump material command
after all material feeding finished.
In waiting for Dump status, a 100ms-width pulse input will
trigger a Dump command. The terminal return to idle status after
the material be dump empty.
The terminal will run batch feeding and Dump cycle
automatically when IN1 is keep contacted with DCOM.

Accept
Tolerance/
Continue
If the batching result out of tolerance or manual Pause command is
entered, the procedure will paused. This input contact with DCOM2
will continue batching process.
IN3
Pause
In batching procedure:
Contact with DCOM2 over 100ms then release will trigger the
PAUSE command.
In pause status:
the batching procedure paused.
Set IN2 active will continue batching processing.
Set IN4 active will cease and exit batching processing.
In Idle status:
Contact with DCOM2 will trigger manual Dump command and
the Dump output will set ON.
Release with DCOM2 will set Dump output(OUT11) OFF.
IN4
Force-stop
Contact with DCOM2 over 100ms then release will trigger
force-stop command. The batching procedure will cease and the
terminal be in idle status. Set IN1 ON to start a new batching cycle.
No operation is enabled if IN4 keep contacted with DCOM2.

next batch phase selection.

When the terminal be in waiting for command status, A
100ms-width pulse input will trigger the terminal execute the
displayed operation.

In batching procedure:
Contact with DCOM2 over 100ms then release will trigger the
PAUSE command.
In pause status:
the batching procedure paused.
Set IN2 active will continue batching processing.
Set IN4 active will cease and exit batching processing.
In Idle status:
Contact with DCOM2 will trigger manual Dump command and
the Dump output will set ON.
Release with DCOM2 will set Dump output(OUT11) OFF.

Note: BC360.C1 has only one "RUN/STOP” Input, A 100ms-width pulse input will trigger a
complete feeding and Dump cycle.
