At the beginning of material 1 feeding, the terminal first
fast feeds weight to setpoint

slowly feeds weight to setpoint (Target - Preact），then
weight terminal send a signal of closing slow feeding.
For example: target is 100kg, preact value is 1.5kg, so
weight terminal will send a signal of closing feeding
when it reached 98.5kg. The preact value can be pre-set
manually, or automatically fixed by weight terminal
during batching.

(Preact)
