Fitness test
This fitness test is also suitable for unfit or moderately fit people�
You need to wear the heart rate monitor to take the test; the test will not start if no heart rate signal is detected�
You must enter your age, weight and gender to start the test
It is a three-stage fitness test; the workload is determined externally for the warm up stage; for the next two stages, the workload is internal, as it is determined
by your heart rate�

1 3 minutes after reaching the workload
60% of the max heart rate if the HR at the end of warm up is <= 100
65% of the max heart rate if the HR at the end of warm up is <= 100
2 4 minutes after reaching the workload 75% of max heart rate
Fitness test for Run
stage time workload
warm up 90 seconds speed 3�5 km/h and 0% gradient
1 3 minutes after reaching the workload
60% of the max heart rate if the HR at the end of warm up is <= 100
65% of the max heart rate if the HR at the end of warm up is <= 100
2 4 minutes after reaching the workload 75% of max heart rate
