2. Remove the brake assembly.
3. Reposition the cable in the pulley.
7.7.4 REPLACING THE BRAKE DISC
AND PULLEY
Disassemble the braking system as indicated
in paragraph “7.7.1 Disassembling the braking
system”.
1. Remove the pulley and remove the cable
from its seat.
2. Remove the brake disc.
3. Remove the key.
4. Remove the speed sensor.
5. Remove the containment ange.
6. Remove the belt from the pulley.
7. Remove the anti-detailment device.
8. Remove the belt from the pulley.
9. Remove the pulley from the shaft and
check the state of wear of the key.
10. Loosen the grub screws and then remove
the pulley and check the state of wear of
the key.
7.7.5 REPLACING THE ALUMINIUM
BRAKE FRAME
Disassemble the brake disc and pulley as indi-
cated in paragraph “7.7.4 Replacing the brake
disc and pulley”.
1. Mark the position of the brake frame with
a marker.
2. Remove the brake frame fastening screws.
Before removing the frame, disconnect
the angle sensor board connector.
3. Remove the brake frame.
4. Remove the angle sensor.
