7.9 DISASSEMBLING THE
ROLLER BEARINGS (REAR
ZONE)
1. Remove the rear platform on both sides.
2. Remove the rear side guard, on both sides.
3. Use a marker to mark the position of the
bearings.
4. Use a gauge to measure the tensioning de-
vices.
5. Loosen the grub screws on the bearing
stops, on both sides.
6. Loosen the tensioning devices on both
sides.
7. Remove the nuts locking the right bearing.
8. Remove the screws.
9. Remove the ange.
10. Remove the bearing.

Before tightening the grub screws lock-
ing the bearings, check the correct posi-
tion using the tensioning devices.
7.10 DISASSEMBLING THE
ROLLER UNIT
1. Remove the containment ange.
2. Remove the belt from the pulley.
The platform is free to move.
3. Disassemble 13 slats as indicated in para-
graph “7.8.1 Replacing the slats”.


1. Remove the containment ange.

4. Remove the bearing.
7.12 DISASSEMBLING THE
ANGLE SENSOR
1. Remove 3 or 4 slats as indicated in para-
graph “7.8.1 Replacing the slats”.
2. Rotate the belt until you can see the angle
sensor board positioned to the right in the
inside of the frame, in the front.
3. Remove the board cover by unscrewing
the two screws.
4. Remove the board from the pin.
