Video Trigger
Choose video triggering to trigger on the odd fields, eve n fields, or
on all the lines of an NTSC, PAL, or SECAM video signal. See the
TDS3VID Extended Vide o or TDS3SDI 601 Digital Vide o
application module m anual for more informat ion if that module is
installed.

Key Points
Displaying the Trigger Source. You do not have to display a channe l t o
use it as a trigger source.
Sync Pulses. When you choose Video, the tri gger always oc curs on
negative-going sync pulses. If your video signal has positive-going
sync pulses, invert the signal using the Vertical menu. See page 3 --81
for information about invert ing a signal.
