7.9.9 Hydraulic oil cooler
Dirt accumulation in coolers causes the
hydraulic oil to overheat.
• The hydraulic oil cooler (61/1) is cleaned from
the outlet side with compressed air.
• If necessary, e.g. if there is oil in the cooler,
clean with cold cleaner or a steam jet
appliance.
When cleaning with the aid of a steam jet
appliance, the cleaning area must be
equipped with an oil separator.
• After cleaning, run the engine until it reaches
operating temperature in order to dry the
cooler.
