5 Working operation of the machine

Suspension options, attaching loads
Loads must be attached in such a way
that they cannot slip or fall out.
Lift hook attached instead of a bucket, etc.
Hook with safety net screwed onto the bucket
rod (in the case of quick-mounting buckets with
ejectors, remove the hook).
A suitable and appropriately sized loading
implement must be employed for picking up the
material to be lifted.
Always wear protective gloves when
working with loading implements.
Attaching and moving loads
Personnel guiding the machine and
attaching loads must always remain in
the machine operator’s field of vision.
The safety instructions given in chapter 2.16 must
be observed.
Checking the overload warning device
Before each use of the lifting gear, check that the
overload warning device is functioning.
Working equipment – Mono
Switch on the overload warning device (43/54)
Raise the boom completely (move in the boom
cylinder)
Load warning indicator (43/40) rises to the red
range.
An acoustic warning signal (continuous noise)
sounds.
Overload warning device is working.
Working equipment – TPA
Switch on the overload warning device (43/54)
Raise the boom completely (move out the
boom cylinder)
Load warning indicator (43/40) rises to the red
range.
An acoustic warning signal (continuous noise)
sounds.
Overload warning device is working.
