Replace thermocouple

Release probe catch by pressing the key on the probe handle and
remove probe module.

Remove thermocouple plug-in head
from the socket using a screwdriver
and pull thermocouple out of the probe
shaft.
3
Insert new thermocouple into the probe shaft until the plug-in head
clicks into place.
4
Fit probe module onto the probe handle and click into place.
