9.1. Fuse Replacement
SHOCK WARNING
HIGH VOLTAGE
To avoid electrical shock, always power off the device and unplug the power cord before fuse
replacement.
The fuse is located in the fuse drawer below the power inlet. Pull out the drawer and take out the used fuse. Please
use 3.15 A, 250 VAC, Type "T”, slow blow fuses only for replacement.

9.2. Firmware Update
Thorlabs offers downloads of firmware update files for the TC300 on the website (http://www.thorlabs.com/). To
update the controller firmware, connect the controller to a PC with the included USB cable. Keep holding down the
“ENTER” button when powering on the device until the device shows the below screen on the LCD. The device has
then entered the Bootloader mode designated for firmware updates.
