Using the Trick Play functions
The TiVo Trick Play functions are:
Trick Play buttons
Instant replay
Gives you instant 8-second replay.
Pause and Play
Toggles video pause and playback.
Scrub bar
You can scrub to any point in the program and instantly jump to that location.
30-second advance
To advance 30-seconds ahead in a playing program, tap the 30-second advance icon.
Trick Play gestures
Gestures are a way to control the video player by tapping the iPad screen or swiping your finger across
the screen.
Instant replay
Gesture: One finger swipe to the left.
Result: Replays the last eight seconds.
30-second advance
Gesture: One finger swipe to the right.
Result: Video skips forward 30 seconds.
Zoom
Gesture: Double-tap with one finger.
Result: Toggles zooming in and zooming out.
