–Ensurethereceiverhaspowerandisturnedon.
• Bluetoothisnotturnedon;theBTLEDisoff.
–Resetthereceivertothefactorydefaultsettings bypressingthePowerbuttonfor10to15seconds.
• Thereisinterference.
–Movethereceiver,controller,orcomputertoanunobstructedlocation.
• Thereceiveristoofaraway.
–Movethedevicesclosertogether.
