graduatedin50ml(1oz)increments.
PreparingtheMachine
Important:Wheneverpossible,donotuse
reclaimedwater(graywater)inthespraytank.
1.Fillthespraytankwithcleanwater.
Note:Ensurethatthereisenoughwaterinthe
tanktocompletethecalibration.
2.Settheparkingbrakeandturntheengineon.
3.SetthepumpswitchtotheONposition,andturn
ontheagitation.
4.Pressdownontheacceleratorpedaluntilyou
reachthemaximumenginespeed,andtoggle
thethrottlelockswitchtotheONposition.
PerformingaCatchTest
1.Setall3sectionswitchesandthemaster-section
switchtotheONposition.
2.Turnthesupervisor(rate-lockout)switchtothe
UNLOCKposition.
3.Preparetoperformacatchtestusingthe
graduatedcontainer.
4.Startat2.75bar(40psi)andusethe
application-rateswitchtoadjustthespray
pressuresothatthecatchtestyieldsthe
amountslistedinthetablebelow.

average.
