•Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,fullyraiseand
latchthehandlebartoengagetheparkingbrake,
shutofftheengine,removethekey,andwaitfor
allmovingpartstostop.Allowthemachinetocool
beforeadjusting,servicing,cleaning,orstoringit.
•Performonlythosemaintenanceinstructions
describedinthismanual.Ifthemachineneeds
majorrepairoryouneedassistance,contactan
authorizedT orodistributor.
•Ensurethatthemachineisinsafeoperating
conditionbykeepingnuts,bolts,andscrewstight.
•Ifpossible,donotperformmaintenancewhilethe
engineisrunning.Keepawayfrommovingparts.
•Carefullyreleasepressurefromcomponentswith
storedenergy.
•Checkthetinemountingboltsdailytobesurethat
theyaretightenedtospecication.
•Ensurethatallguardsareinstalled,andthehood
issecuredshutaftermaintainingoradjustingthe
machine.
