1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,fullyraise
andlatchthehandlebartoengagetheparking
brake,shutofftheengine,removethekey,and
waitforallmovingpartstostop.
2.Loosentheforwardangelocknutandcarriage
boltthatsecurethespring-tensionplatetothe
supportbracketofthecoringhead(Figure117).
Note:Donotremovelocknutandcarriagebolt.

7.Securethecarriagebolttothesupportbracket
andspring-tensionplatewiththeangelocknut.
8.Torquethelocknutsto37to45N∙m(27to33
ft-lb).

aerateusingtheautomaticgroundfollowingsystem.
Usemanualgroundfollowingonlyifthetine-position
sensorisdamaged.
