6. Using a T40 torx driver , remove the 2 (5/16 inch) screws securing the upper
portion of the rear guard assembly . Remove the rear guard assembly .

7. Using a 1/4 inch socket, disconnect the 2 (#8) bolts securing the throttle and
choke cables to the engine.

8. Unhook the throttle and choke cables at the governor control plate assembly .
