縁体で浮かせ、 専用接地配線を
します。

に取り付け、 専用接地配線をし
ます( 同一盤内に高周波機器
がある場合も 同様) 。

連結盤の場合、高周波機器や動力盤から流れ
る接地電流が、 コント ローラ ユニット 収納盤を
通して流れる場合があります。

equipment or power panel may flow through the
controller unit panel.
Measures
Dedicated grounding
Isolate the controller unit panel with
insulation and run the dedicated
ground wiring.
