Do not share a receptacle with other equipment.
If the power supply of "OIS-DS" is shared with fluorescent lamp, copying machine, or air
conditioner, there is a frear of malfunction of "OIS-DS" due to electrical noise. Be sure to
prepare a dedicated receptacle.

Earthing must be done.
The earthing is advantageous against noise, etc. It must be securely earthed.

Dedicated receptacle
If the dedicated earthing cannot be done, change the plug of the main unit power cord from 3P
to 2P and sure to connect the FG line of the connector to the clean earth.
Earthing of SVR-DS
SVR-DS must be grounded to avoid noises and electric shocks of the operators and maintenance
personnel. For the grounding of SVR-DS, the grounding line connects the FG terminal of
SVR-DS and grounding bus, as shown in Figure 5.9. The grounding bus should be grounded with
100 Ω or less earthing.
