Entrance/Access Passage
The entrance and access passage should be investigated in consideration of the external shape
and weight of the equipment to be brought in and the tools to be used.
Special attention must be paid to the width and height of the staircase, curve, and control room
door, and moving method,
Figure 1.5 shows the passage dimensions necessary for bringing in the representative equipment.

Carrying-In Work
Normally the bringing into the control room is done after unpacking. When bringing in, utmost
care must be taken not to give impact or damage to the equipment.

For the bringing-in work, use either the roller method using steel pipes or truck. In this case,
the floor should be protected by placing plywood, etc. on the floor.
