Network Configuration
For large-scale system implementation of the TOSDIC-CIE DS system control LAN (transfer
rate: 10 Mbps) and performance improvement, this LAN has adopted the Fast-Ethernet with a
transfer rate of 100 Mbps (hereafter referred to as "100M-Ethernet control LAN").
The 100M-Ethernet control LAN is basically compliant with the IEEE802.3u specification. The
figure below shows a configuration example of a control system using the 100M-Ethernet
control LAN.
