7. End of Wiring Work
After the wiring work is completed, check the following items and do the dust proofing.
•
The cable Nos. and connector Nos. must be in agreement with those on the drawings.
•
No loosening of connectors and terminal screws.
•
The shielded cables must be correctly processed.
•
The cables must be fastened to prevent moving.
•
Wire scraps and screws must not be trapped in the terminal block or between cables.
•
The through holes for cables from the duct and pit must be dust proofed with puffy, etc.
If there are some days until energizing after the completion of the wiring work, observe the
environmental conditions for storing each apparatus and cover the equipment with vinyl or cloth
to prevent dust, while paying attention to the ventilation.
