Separate the power supply lines.
The location of the terminal board unit is decided considering the measures against noises.
However, there are four external line (riser) routes and perfect isolation of power supply
lines is difficult. To separate the power supply lines to take measures against noises in the
external signal line, do the following.
•
Separate the analog signal lines and digital signal lines. The digital signal lines may be a
source of noise. Regard the ON-OFF signal of DC15V as a source of noise. Therefore, check
the signal lines entering the pulse input module.
•
The AC signals may be a source of noise. Note that the relay unit of the relay connection
unit usually drives an AC relay.
•
For the signal cable route, try to use isolation arrangement according to the energy level
indicated after the signal line.
Low-energy signal : data bus signal, analog signal, digital signal of TTL level (however, if
mV signal and TTL level signal exist together, use the individual shield
for the mV signal in the same duct.)
High-energy signal: DC24 for digital control, 48V drive signal, lamp drive signal, relay
drive signal, power supply of 10V20A or less
When the cables cannot be separated due to the cable route, they should be placed in the
perpendicular arrangement.
The type of separation of power lines of external signal lines has been determined. Next,
determine the external line route.
Determine the external line route as described below.
•
When the power line should be separated in the lines of the terminal board unit
The left or right external line route is the dedicated route for the noise source power lines,
which should be the terminal board unit with relatively many noise source power lines. The
relative numbers of noise source power lines are the same, compare the similar numbers in
the terminal board in the ceiling side, and select the terminal board unit with relatively many
noise source power lines for the dedicated route for the noise source power lines.
When connecting the noise source power lines to the corresponding terminal board unit,
make them through the gap between upper and lower terminal board units (about 4 cm) and
insert the internal line duct perpendicularly.
•
When the power line should be separated in the lines of the terminal board unit of the side
panel
The side panel has only one external line route. The location of the terminal board unit is
designed to avoid this case (mixed noise source power lines). If the noise source power lines
are mixed, twist the analog power line in 1 inch pitch to reduce the effect of the noise.
