BRAKE PEDAL REMOVAL AND
INSTALLATION

Torque Wrench, ft. lbs.................................................. 1
1. Disconnect the master cylinder shaft from the brake
pedal (8). (See Master Cylinder Replacement on
page 36)
2. Remove bolt (18), bushings (17), washers (3) and
lock nut (5) (Fig. 6).
Assemble in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten the nut (5) to the torque value specified below.
