F.149 Lead break, liquid gas temperature sensor, cooling
F.149
System characteristics
Refrigerant circuit in control mode with replacement
values
Cause
Lead break, liquid gas temperature sensor, cooling
Measures
1. Check connection X21.1/X21.2 on the VCMU refrig-
erant circuit controller:
■
Check wires and plugs for correct seating.
■
Check connections for contact corrosion.
■
Check cables for mechanical damage, e.g. crush-
ing, kinking, chafing or breakage.
2. Check resistor R for NTC 10 kΩ on the disconnected
plug. If R > 300 kΩ, replace the sensor.
3. Replace VCMU refrigerant circuit controller.
F.150 Short circuit, liquid gas temperature sensor, cooling
F.150
System characteristics
Refrigerant circuit in emergency mode with replace-
ment values
Cause
Short circuit, liquid gas temperature sensor, cooling
Measures
1. Check the sensor and connection X21.1/X21.2 on
the VCMU refrigerant circuit controller:
■
Check wires and plugs for correct seating.
■
Check connections for contact corrosion.
■
Check cables for mechanical damage, e.g. crush-
ing, kinking, chafing or breakage.
2. Check resistor R for NTC 10 kΩ on the disconnected
plug. If R < 500 Ω, replace the sensor.
3. Replace VCMU refrigerant circuit controller.
F.151 Lead break, hot gas temperature sensor
F.151
System characteristics
Refrigerant circuit off
Cause
Lead break, hot gas temperature sensor
Measures
1. Check connection X14.9/X14.10 on the
VCMU refrigerant circuit controller:
■
Check wires and plugs for correct seating.
■
Check connections for contact corrosion.
■
Check cables for mechanical damage, e.g. crush-
ing, kinking, chafing or breakage.
2. Check resistor R for NTC 10 kΩ on the disconnected
plug. If R > 300 kΩ, replace the sensor.
3. Replace VCMU refrigerant circuit controller.
F.152 Short circuit, hot gas sensor
F.152
System characteristics
Refrigerant circuit off
Cause
Short circuit, hot gas temperature sensor
Measures
1. Check the sensor and connection X14.9/X14.10 on
the VCMU refrigerant circuit controller:
■
Check wires and plugs for correct seating.
■
Check connections for contact corrosion.
■
Check cables for mechanical damage, e.g. crush-
ing, kinking, chafing or breakage.
2. Check resistor R for NTC 10 kΩ on the disconnected
plug. If R < 500 Ω, replace the sensor.
3. Replace VCMU refrigerant circuit controller.
