System characteristics
Mixer closes. Heating circuit pump is operational.
Cause
■
Lead break, flow temperature sensor, heating/cooling
circuit 4 with mixer
■
Incorrect configuration during commissioning
Measures
1. Check configuration. Adjust settings if required.
2. Check setting of rotary switch S1 on ADIO electron-
ics module.
3. Check connection X1 on the ADIO electronics mod-
ule:
■
Check wires and plugs for correct seating.
■
Check connections for contact corrosion.
■
Check cables for mechanical damage, e.g. crush-
ing, kinking, chafing or breakage.
4. Check resistor R for NTC 10 kΩ on the disconnected
plug. If R > 300 kΩ, replace the sensor.
5. Replace ADIO electronics module.

Short circuit, flow temperature sensor, heating/cooling
circuit 4 with mixer
Measures
1. Check setting of rotary switch S1 on ADIO electron-
ics module.
2. Check the sensor and connection X1 on the ADIO
electronics module:

Check wires and plugs for correct seating.
■
Check connections for contact corrosion.
■
Check cables for mechanical damage, e.g. crush-
ing, kinking, chafing or breakage.
3. Check resistor R for NTC 10 kΩ on the disconnected
plug. If R < 500 Ω, replace the sensor.
4. Replace ADIO electronics module.

Cause
Lead break in the room temperature sensor of the
wireless remote control for heating/cooling circuit 2
Measures
1. Check the power supply to the wireless remote con-
trol.
2. Check the settings for the wireless remote control
using the ViGuide app.
3. Check the wireless connection of the wireless
remote control to the TCU communication module.
4. Set up the wireless connection using the
ViGuide app.
5. Replace the wireless remote control.
