When Restoring the previous backup, the following should be noticed in terms of storage
congurations:
1. If storage conguration has not been changed, restoring conguration will not affect the
current storage conguration.
2. If changes have been made to storage conguration, the backup-restore action will not
displace the current storage conguration.
3. If users removed the current storage conguration, no storage volumes will be restored
after a backup-restore procedure. Users then must create new storage volumes to
proceed with recording tasks.
4. If users apply previous backup to a new NVR machine, system will detect the presence of
different hard disks, and no storage conguration from the backup le will apply.
5. If users move all hard disks and backup le from an NVR to another, storage
congurations will be stored on the new machine.
