To make a Hot Desk flexible feature Logout button:
When you are logged into a Hot Desk station and you log out. This
returns you to the physical station. Then you can either remain
operating from the physical station or log into another Hot Desk station.
Do not establish other Hot Desk Login buttons while operating as a Hot
Desk. You cannot directly change from one Hot Desk station to another.
You must log out of a Hot Desk station before logging into another Hot
Desk station.
1. While operating in the Hot Desk mode, press the SPEED button
twice.
2. Press the desired button to program (it must be programmed in the
database as a multifunction button).
3. Dial [636] on the keypad, then dial the physical station number.
To change to a Hot Desk station number:
1. Dial [636].
2. Dial the station number of an OOS station with the same model
designation as the keyset you are dialing from.
-or-
Press a flexible button that has been preprogrammed with the 636
feature code and the station number of an OOS station with the same
model designation as the keyset.
CONDITIONS
» If a keyset user dials a station number that is in service, an error
tone sounds.
» If a keyset user dials a station number of an OOS keyset that has a
different model designation (Flash 50/51, Page B, Button #1), the
keyset will lose all of it’s configured station attributes. In this case,
the keyset will assume default attributes.
» This feature does not apply to Vodavi IP keysets.
