Whole body vibrations
Back pain associated with whole body vibrations may be caused
by other risk factors.
The following guidelines can be effective to minimize risks of back
pains
— Adjust the seat and controls to achieve good posture.
— Adjust the mirrors to minimize twisted posture.
— Provide breaks to reduce long periods of sitting.
— Avoid jumping down from the cab or access system.
— Minimize repeated handling and lifting of loads.
— Keep up your physical status with relevant and regular ex-
ercises.
