5 Engine coolant temperature warning lamp

Included in the central warning system
The lamp is ON and the buzzer sound, if the engine coolant tem-
perature is abnormally high.
If this happens, stop working immediately and investigate the
cause.
When required, contact an authorized dealer workshop.
The lamp is ON when the start key is turned to “ON” position
before the engine is started.

7 Fuel level gauge
The gauge shows the level in the fuel tank. If the gauge moves
down into the red area and the warning lamp on the right of the
gauge lights up, the machine should be refuelled in order to avoid
air entering the system.
If the tank has been run empty, See Bleeding fuel system of air
on page 138.
For the capacity of the fuel tank, See Specifications on page 180.

The lamp is ON, if the grease tank is empty or the high pressure
system is abnormal. (If needed, automatic lubricating system
should be installed by Volvo dealers or distributors at local site)
WARNING!
Engine coolant is dangerously hot immediately after the
engine stops. Wait until the engine coolant has cooled
down, before opening the radiator cap. Release internal
pressure by opening the cap slowly.
