Gradient Controller Keys
In Gradient Controller mode, function keys access different screens:
2.3.3 Screen Keys
Screen Key Description
Screen keys are the five unlabeled keys directly below the display screen. Their functions
are indicated by labels that appear on the bottom of the displayed screen immediately
above each key.
Note: The functions of the screen keys vary from screen to screen.
Using Screen Keys
To use the screen keys, press the key directly below the label on the display screen.
Certain screens display the More screen key (such as the Operate Methods and Operate
Gradient screens). Pressing the More screen key displays a second set of screen keys
associated with that screen.
Screen keys:
Act as toggles. When you press a toggle screen key, the screen label changes to
display the alternate function. For example, when you press the Lock Keyboard
screen key, the screen label changes to Unlock Keyboard.
Indicate system status. For example, the leftmost key on the Operate Method or
Operate Gradient screen indicates whether or not a run is in progress. The label
changes from
Idle to Inject Wait to Running, depending on the operating
mode of the system.
