• Column manager – the receptacle is located inside the front panel.
Consult the figure below to determine the correct placement.
• Auxiliary column manager – the receptacle is located on the
right-hand side of the device’s chassis. Consult the figure below to
determine the correct placement.
7. Close the column compartment:
• Column heater and 30-cm column heater – close the door, and then
inspect the seal around the front panel, to ensure it aligns correctly.
Note: Proper alignment of the seal is critical for a stable thermal
environment.
• Column manager and auxiliary column manager – align the tabs in
the column compartment cover with the slots, push the cover closed,
and then push the latches outward until they snap onto the latch
pins. When the column compartment cover is in place, close the
door.
