8.3 Check list for initial commissioning
An initial commissioning protocol is available on the Weidmüller website.
On the EV charging box has been mounted and all connections have been
installed, the following points must be checked.
► Check to ensure all screws in the back of the EV charging box are
tightened.
► Checktoensureallcablestproperlyontheterminalconnections.
► Ensurethatallcablebushingsarefullysealedorttedwithblankingplugs.
► Ensurethatallcableglandsarermlyclosed.
► ScrewinthecoveroftheEVchargingboxrmly.
► Check to ensure all screws are tightened.
► If available, install the design cover.
► Switch on the power supply to the EV charging box.
► Check the LED status indicator.
► Complete the initial electrical commissioning according to the commission-
ing protocol. Observe the requirements of applicable standards and locally
applicable installation regulations.
► Complete the commissioning protocol .
