5 Function check
5.9 Checking the system for leaks
Requirement The device is connected to the oxygen supply.
1. Observe the instructions for use for devices and pressure
reducers.
2. Switch off all equipment.
3. Check whether all the hose connections sit securely.
4. Open the oxygen cylinder slowly.
To do this, turn the multistep flow selector counterclockwise
slowly.
5. Read off the pressure in the oxygen cylinder on the contents
indicator (1) of the pressure reducer:
