9. Maintenance
Note:
Please remember that a final check should
be made after every start-up.
We recommend preventive servicing of the
OXYMAT 3 oxygen concentrator by a trained
authorized dealer or by Weinmann, the
manufacturers:
– after 5000 operating hours (see ope-
rating hours meter). For safety, check
whether the 5000 operating hours
have been reached.
– when a year has elapsed since the
last service.
– when the device has not been in ser-
vice for over six months.
Servicing should include:
• changing the coarse dust and suction fil-
ter
• cleaning the device
• checking the device equipment for com-
pleteness
• a visual inspection for:
– mechanical damage, in particular to
the power cord
– legible labelling of controls
– damage to any tube connections
• final check according to test record
WM 13004 or servicing and repair ins-
tructions.
Only the original carton should be used for
shipping the device. We therefore recom-
mend you to keep the carton in a safe
place.
