Grinding degree setting
Together with the quantity of ground coffee, the grinding degree influences the “richness” of
the coffee, and the formation and persistence of the crème. The finer the coffee is ground, the
more strongly its contents are released into the coffee. Adjust the grinding degree using the
WMF Perfect Extraction system so that it is optimal for the type of coffee used.
