4. If the jammed paper is not caught in the entry of the optional document feeder, gently pull the
paper upward.
5. If you cannot see the jammed paper, perform the following steps.
a. Open the top cover, then lift the document feeder input tray.
b. Gently pull out the jammed paper toward you.
