c. If the paper is jammed in the top roller, pull down the fuser gate, then pull the paper toward
you.
d. If the paper is jammed in the transfer roller, gently lift the roller, then pull the paper toward
you.
e. If you cannot remove the jammed paper by pulling the paper toward you, gently pull up on
the paper.
