Installing the Intercooler
1. Apply silicone grease to the O-ring
(Figure 5-106, (1)). Fit the O-ring to the
flywheel end (Figure 5-106, (4)) of the cooler
core and insert the core into the cooler body.
NOTICE: Align marks of the core and the case
(Figure 5-107).

2. Apply silicone grease to the O-rings, fit two
O-rings to both sides of the cooler core and fit
the side covers to the cooler.
3. Fit the intercooler to the engine.
