1 Dial Indicator
Measures shaft bending, distortions of
levelness and gaps.
2 Test Indicator
Measures the narrow and deep places,
which cannot be measured with a dial gauge.
3 Magnetic Stand Keeps the dial gauge firmly in position.
4Micrometer
Measures the outer diameter of the
crankshaft, piston, piston pin, etc.
5 Cylinder Gauge
Measures the inner diameter of the cylinder
liner and rod bearings.
6 Vernier Calipers
Measures the various outer diameter,
thickness and width.
7 Depth Micrometer Measures the valve sink.
8 Square
Measures the distortion in the position of the
springs and squareness of parts.
9 V-Block Used in measuring shaft distortions.
