To export a local log from your Yealink IP Phone:
1. Go to Settings->Configuration.
2. Select Enabled from the pull-down list of Enable Local Logging field.
3. Select 6 from the pull-down list of Local Log Level.
4. Select sys.log from the pull-down list of Export Local Log.
5. Click Confirm to accept the change.
6. Reproduce the issue.
7. Click Export to open the file download window, and then save the file to your local system.

If you're unable to record calls on your Yealink IP Phone, consider the following:
* Ensure that a USB flash drive is inserted into the USB port on the phone.
* Verify that the inserted USB flash drive is compatible with the phone.
* Check if there is enough free space (greater than 2 minutes) on the USB flash drive.
