Procedure:
On the SIP-T48S/T48G
IP phone:
• Tap the line key 2.
• Tap Answer.
• Tap the incoming
call item. Press the OK
key or tap Answer.
Secretary phone stops ringing.
The original call is placed on hold.
The icon indicators of the line key 1 on boss
phone and secretary phone becomes and
solid indicating that there is the held call on the
line key 1. The icon indicators of the line key 2
on boss phone and secretary phone becomes
and solid indicating that there is an active
call on the line key 2.
On other IP phones:
• Press the line key 2.
• Press Answer.
• Press the down
navigation key to
access the new call.
Press the OK key or
Answer.
Secretary phone stops ringing.
The original call is placed on hold.
The LED indicators of the line key 1 on boss
phone slowly flashes green and secretary
phone slowly flashes red indicating that there is
the held call on the line key 1. The LED
indicators of the line key 2 on boss phone
glows green and secretary phone glows red
indicating that there is an active call on the line
key 2.
On the SIP-T48S/T48G
IP phone:
• Tap the line key 2.
• Press the OK key or
tap Answer.

phone and secretary phone becomes and
solid indicating that there is an active call on
the line key 2. Meanwhile, the icon indicators of
the line key 1 on boss phone and secretary
phone becomes and solid indicating that
there is the held call on the line key 1.
On other IP phones:
• Press the line key 2.
• Press the OK key or
Answer.
Boss phone stops ringing.
The LED indicators of the line key 2 on boss
phone glows red and secretary phone glows
green indicating that there is an active call on
the line key 2. Meanwhile, The LED indicators of
the line key 1 on boss phone glows green and
secretary phone glows red indicating that there
is an active call on the line key 1.
Note
If the number of incoming calls is greater than the configured line keys, the line keys will be used
by sequence circulation.
